"My little daughter was diagnosed with Basedow disease"
I have been a keen reader of your magazine for many years and I really appreciate your effort. I would like to ask you to publish this letter, as there may be someone who could help me with a piece of advice. I have a daughter who is almost 14 and who has been suffering from Basedow disease for six months. The treatment with Carbimazol and L-Thiroxin has not been effective so far. I would like to ask the readers of this magazine who have been confronted with this disease, or who know of any allopathic or natural treatment, to write to me and send the letter to this magazine. There may be a doctor or anybody else who can help us. Let me also mention that my daughter has not had her first menstruation yet. Is there any resort in this country where this disease may be treated effectively? I thank you in advance for every piece of advice you may give us. I wish you to be in good health!
