"My brother suffers from hyperkinetic syndrome"
I have a 19 year old brother who suffers from a psychic disorder, with the following diagnosis: moderate mental delay with hyperkinetic syndrome of unspecified etiology (he suffers from an autistic disorder- he can speak but he cannot hear, the disorder affecting his nervous system).
