Siemens Mobile Romania is ready to launch the next generation mobile telephony network (3G) in Romania, company officials told Ziarul Financiar. They added that the only obstacle in this regard was the granting of the much-awaited licences for the frequency band used by this communication system.

The team comprises about 50 people, but there's also the software development centre in Brasov, which is of great importance, employing 150 specialists. They even provide international support services for Siemens' clients.
