US company EON Reality, the world's leading supplier of 3D interactive solutions, has entered the Romanian market, sealing a partnership with the Cluj-based Brinel SA company.
EON is researching the South European market with the purpose of setting up a testing centre for its products.
"The Romanian market has genuine growth potential in this field. In approximately three months, we will make a decision as to the location of our future market training centre. We are currently doing research work in Hungary, Bulgaria and Romania," stated Dan Lejerskar, head of the US EON Reality.
Brinel SA officials feel that, should EON Reality choose Romania as the future location, the virtual testing centre will be most likely opened in Cluj. In these virtual testing centres, customers have the opportunity to directly check the 3D products and applications manufactured by EON.
Brinel SA is Romania's sole distributor of products manufactured by EON Reality. These products are directed at companies involved in sales through web pages. They propose product management and communication solutions and provide software platforms to companies. The companies using such platforms benefit from cost savings related to product use, training, service and technical assistance.
"We will primarily focus on institutional customers, and our intention is that by the end of the year we should implement a product in at least one of Romania's major universities, Secondly, another target is represented by customers in the business segment, multinational companies that have made company and product presentations outside Romania and now want to make the same move in Romania as well. However, the products are mainly aimed at car dealers that need such software to present their products," said Georgiana Man, a PR manager with the Cluj-based Brinel company.
