King Sturge acted as real estate consultant for the latest lease in Conect Business Park 3, located in northern Bucharest, in the near vicinity of Bucharest-Brasov highway, where BauMax has occupied 1,500 sq m for their future Romanian headquarters.
The developer, Conect Business Park, has already completed 3 buildings, of 8 and 9 floors with total parking places of 266, of which 134 underground.
