Karol Racz, one of the two Romanians accused of raping a 14-year old Italian girl, claims that he is not guilty and that he has an alibi, La Repubblica informs. He declared that he would never rape somebody.
Thus, Racz claims that last Saturday, at the time of the rape, he was in the Torevecchia camp with some friends, denying the declarations of Alexandru Isztoika Loyos who confessed and said that Racz was with him .
Racz added that he had a good relation with Alexandru and did not understand why he claimed that he helped him in raping the girl and beating her boyfriend. The two suspects are held in the Regina Coeli penitentiary.
