Constanţa democrat-liberals have lost ground to Mazăre's social-democrats; as a result to the negotiations held, they lost important institutions from those which were allocated to their party.

PD-L management have decided to reduce this down trend and to discuss to their PSD partners. Consequently, the leading team of Constanţa county PD-L subsidiary invited PSD representatives to a discussion session. Although the meeting should have taken place at the end of the last week, the governing partners did not meet any more. The reason was that PD-L representatives wanted to meet Mazăre's team on Saturday or Sunday, while PSD representatives were available on Friday or on Monday. So, these two teams postponed the meeting as they were not able to find common time coordinates.
