The real estate specialists from Mangalia, the best of them who managed to keep their businesses going, while most of them disappeared in less than two years, state that the crisis affected the buyers in the first place. Banks hardened the crediting conditions so that only employees having consistent monthly wages could dream of a real estate credit.
"The crisis did not affect only the real estate market in Mangalia area, it almost locked it up. Actual prices are more than accessible and the signals sent by the National Bank about loans are quite encouraging. We think that presently patience is the state of affairs on the real estate market.
