Montly, thirteen Constanţa deputies and senators receive pensions between 4,207.00 and 7,840.00 lei.
Presently, on a general country level, 388 ex-deputies and 183 ex-senators are enjoying special state pensions, as the sums they are collecting set grounds for a careless life.
According to data provided by Constanţa County House for State Pensions, in the data base of the institution there are 13 former parliamentarians receiving special state pensions in respect to their retirement certifications, achieved pursuant to the provisions of Law 96/2006 on the Statute of senators and deputies. For a correct and thorough information of the public opinion, we have to mention that monthly, these former parliamentarians receive a social pension and also a employment pension. According to provisions of Law 96/2006 on the Statute of senators and deputies, the quantum of the special parliamentary pension is 80% from the parliamentarian allowance, for those having served at least three integral mandates, 60% for the parliamentarians having served two integral mandates and 40% for those having been a parliamentarian only once. According to the lists of those having asked the Chamber
