The uncle of an adolescent of Turkish origin sent a letter to the Muftiat of the Muslim Cult, stating that his nephew was physically molested by his teacher. On the other side, the manager of the foundation when the young man is accommodated rejects any accusations.
From what the relative of the adolescent told, the incident took place in April, when Şoaip Balci, teacher with the Foundation for Islamic Services might have hit the student in the 9th grade. In his turn, the signatory of the letter, Abibula Erolan states that, once he found out about this physical aggression, went to place of the foundation in order to have a talk with the incriminated teacher, which was not at all willing to talk this mater over. He was even thrown out of the foundation. "Mr. Mufti, please let me bring to your attention the following. My nephew had his hand hit with a chair by Mr. Şoaip Balci, a FSIR [Romanian Foundation for Islamic Studies] member. At the end of our conversation, I asked Mr. Şoaip to stop beat the children and he started speaking in a very rude manner, asking me to get out as he was in charge", the letter no 272 from 13th of April 2009 is saying. What is astonishing is that the parents of the boy Metin Molagea and his brother Aidîn Molagea, from Moviliţa, refuted what the signatory of the letter to the Muftiat is saying. The parents of the adolescent declared that they "have not problem with the Foundation" and that the allegation of their relative are "totally wrong". This is the same statement which the manager of the Romanian Foundation for Islamic Services took out of his desk and hand it to us, asking
