The international automotive supplier Lisa Draexlmaier, one of the biggest employers in Romania, has appointed the former Tiriac Holdings HR director Nicoleta Carlugea as head of human resources.
Nicoleta Carlugea graduated from the Bucharest Academy of Economics Studies in 1996, and joined Lisa Draexlmaier earlier this year, after serving in the same role at Tiriac Group, held by businessman Ion Tiriac.
Prior to joining Tiriac group, Carlugea led the human resources department of four companies: Termoelectrica, Integrator, Alumil Rom Industry and Diekat Construct.
Mihaela Forgaciu, one of the noted HR specialists in the country will succeed Nicoleta Carlugea at Tiriac.
Draexlmaier that employs 15,000 people in Romania, has five car parts manufacturing facilities in the country, namely in Satu-Mare, Timisoara, Pitesti, Codlea and Hunedoara.
