Its appearance, usefulness, positioning, and even how well known a building is, are important aspects for most employees, which is why Ziarul Financiar has attempted to put together a ranking of the biggest tenants in Bucharest's office buildings, a market worth between 160 and 200 million euros a year.
The biggest private companies (Petrom and Dacia Renault), three banks (Raiffeisen, Bancpost, and Banca Romaneasca), three IT giants (Ericsson, Oracle, and HP), and two of the top three telecom players (Vodafone and Cosmote) are the biggest tenants in Bucharest, according to real estate consultancy Colliers and DTZ Echinox, which yesterday answered ZF's request.
