Microsoft, the world's biggest software producer, which has over 330 employees in Romania, wants to send 20 Romanian programmers to its development centre in Denmark, in a paid internship programme over a period of 9 to 12 months. The company offers those selected the possibility to work full time at the centre after the programme ends.
"We are looking to hire 20 programmers for entry-level and specialist jobs. They have to speak advanced English, and will work for Microsoft's Copenhagen centre. We are also recruiting 10 for administration jobs within Microsoft Romania, and we need candidates who also speak French or German. Salaries offered to programmers in Denmark are above the average ones offered in the IT sector," says Bogdana Botez, software development engineer in test with Microsoft Romania, one of the participants at the Top Employers job fair conducted at the end of last week.
