Moara Cibin of Sibiu (MOIB), owned by milling and bakery group Boromir, will take out three loans, with a total value of EUR 17.8 million and 22 million lei, all of them from ING Bank. The credit facilities will be guaranteed by the company with its buildings, plots of land, receivables, equipment, insurance policies and bank accounts, as well as with its inventory of wheat, corn, pasta, milling and bakery products. The setup of the collateral will be presented to the other shareholders in the general meeting of May 27th.
The company is controlled by Constantin Boromiz, who owns 51.88% of the company through Boromir Ind. Businessman Adrian Andrici owns 5.37% of the company.
