During the reviewed period, the company"s revenues dropped 12.5%, from 45.8 million lei to 40.1 million lei, while expenses shrank 18.7%, from 44.2 million lei to 35.9 million lei.
The company is part of the "Boromir" group, controlled by businessman Constantin Boromiz, together with other individual shareholders. "Boromir Ind" currently owns 61.55% of "Boromir Prod". The latter wants to increase its share capital by 12 million lei, to 24.3 million lei, which will increase the stake of "Boromir Ind" to 64.61%.
The company plans to make a profit of 5.8 million lei this year.
"Boromir" also controls "Boromir Ind" (of Râmnicu Vâlcea and Deva), "Boromir Pan", "Moara Cibin", "Extrasib" Sibiu, "Comcereal" Sibiu, "Amylon" Sibiu and "Panmed" Mediaş.
