In 2009, when turnovers of the biggest communication groups domestically dropped amid the plummeting ad budgets as a result of the economic downturn, Lowe group, with six agencies, saw its revenues go up by 15% in RON, to 213m RON (50.7m euros). Lowe group includes Lowe&Partners ad agency, Initiative media agency, Lowe PR, Brand Connection media agency, HyperActive interactive marketing agency and Medic One, specialised in medical communication. "We'll further focus on the digital advertising and creation areas. At HyperActive, we want to boost our team, getting ready to meet the ever more sophisticated demand on the market (...)," says Savanciuc. Savanciuc, who in 1993 set up Lowe group together with businessman Paul Radu, says she is not ruling out new acquisitions or business partnerships. For this year, Lowe CEO expects turnover worth 200m RON (48m euros).
