I think the decision of the Alcatel management was a very good one, especially since Wipro continues to work for Alcatel, only it has also added new clients," says Mutiu, who is currently in talks for a job with training and HR consultancy Codecs.
Mutiu resigned as Alcatel HR manager at the end of February this year, two months after 521 employees were outsourced to Wipro outsourcing company and to HP Romania's service centre. Currently Alcatel-Lucent Romania has around 1,300 employees.
