BAD Rulmenţi of Braşov has borrowed an additional 450,000 lei from its majority shareholder, Bucharest-based Ciad SRL, according to a press release sent to the Bucharest Stock Exchange.
The two loans need to be paid back by July next year.
Last month, BAD Rulmenţi announced that it has borrowed an additional 830,000 lei from its majority shareholder Ciad SRL Bucureşti.
The net profit of Braşov-based BAD Rulmenţi dropped over 27 times last year, from 551,888 lei to 20,531 lei, as the company"s turnover dropped 29%, from 10 million lei to 7.125 million lei. The company"s total revenues dropped 5.9%, from 13.447 million lei to 12.694 million lei, whereas total expenses advanced slightly from 12.441 million lei to 12.663 million lei.
The Braşov -based company, with a share capital of 2,731,557 lei (27,315,570 shares with a face value of 0.10 lei/shares), is controlled by Ciad SRL Bucharest, which holds 85.910% of the company"s share capital.
