Rompetrol Bulgaria Director, Sorin Octavian Nichita and another Romania, Ioan Panzaru, arrested and accused of obstructing justice after a scandal in Bulgaria were released, after a local court ruled the decision.
Romania's Consul to Sofia, Marius Dilof declared on Monday night for the Romanian news agency Mediafax that the two Romanians will be immediately released. Nichita will have to pay a guarantee of about 2,600 euro and Panzaru almost 1,600 euro because there will be a trial and the money will be returned if they will be found not guilty.
