Four of the savviest execs in Romanian real estate, Reuven Havar, Michael Lloyd, Alexander Hergan and, last week, Ibrahim Paksoy, this year gave up their positions at the helm of some of the strongest players on the domestic market after having managed assets worth over two billion euros over time.
The four had a cumulated experience of above 30 years on the domestic real estate market and were involved in the development or management of some key properties of Bucharest.
At present, the four hold no other management position in Romanian real estate.
"(...) I'll go on holiday, and then I'll analyse my options. I'd prefer to stay in Romania," Ibrahim Paksoy told ZF.
Alexander Hergan is still part of Avrig 35 shareholder structure, but the CEO position was taken over by Haydn Wright.
Michael Lloyd left Romania, at least temporarily, after having worked for eight years for Gabriel Popoviciu and a year and a half for Dinu Patriciu.
The start of the year also brought the departure of Israeli-born Reuven Havar, the manager who coordinated the development of Romania's most expensive mall.
