Bucharest Higher Court of Justice will judge on Wednesday the trial in which former PM Adrian Nastase is accused of bribe taking in the Zambaccian file. On June 14, the court ruled that a request submitted by Nastase was registered, to hire a lawyer and his wife, Dana Nastase requested for a copy of the file.
UPDATE Magistrates postponed on Wednesday for October 8 the trial in which former PM Adrian Nastase is accused of bribe taking in the Zambaccian file. The court set that there was a lack of procedure in the way two companies were called to trial.
The judges approved the requests and delayed the trial to this day. On January 25, anti graft prosecutors levied a distraint on the estates and wealth of Adrian Nastase together with the house Nastase owns on Zambaccian street as a measure to protect the goods.
