On the website, 460 questions have been answered by experts, and the personal budget calculator, an application allowing for income and expense monitoring, has been downloaded 18,000 times, according to the website's representatives.
APC Romania believes Romanians' financial problems are largely due to the lack of financial education. The NGO's representatives believe Romanians have trouble understanding lending contract stipulations or that they tend to overestimate their knowledge in the field.
