Ţuca Zbârcea & Asociaţii law firm, the biggest player on the market in terms of revenues generated in the past two years, has in 2010 added firms such as Rompetrol, Ţiriac Holding or Roşia Montană Gold Corporation to its client portfolio, which has allowed it to keep revenues on the first nine months at the same level as in the similar period of last year.
At the same time, the firm run by lawyers Florentin Ţuca and Gabriel Zbârcea operated new promotions among partners, with Mihai Dudoiu, Ionuţ Şerban, Christina Vlădescu, Ioana Gelepu, Silvana Ivan and Irina Moinescu set to become partners of the firm starting January 1, 2011.
The lawyers enjoying the new status will be "salary partners", so that they will not be entitled to a share of the firm's profit, which last year reached 13.2m euros.
"The year is not over yet, but we've reached our goals, the performance target set at the beginning of the year. On October 1, we were at the same revenue level as last year," says Gabriel Zbârcea, adding the firm's profitability margin also stayed at a level of 50-55% of revenues.
