The average price of a home in these districts is 63,000 euros, according to data supplied by real estate consultancy Coldwell Banker on the percentage of studios and apartments with 2, 3 and 4 rooms in these districts and their average prices.
More than 10,000 homes have been built in the analysed period in districts Rahova, Berceni, Titan, 13 septembrie, Tineretului and Drumul Taberei. At present, the biggest residential complexes do not exceed 1,000 apartments.
