She added there are cases where procurement procedures last as much as a year and a half since the singing of financing contracts.
Udrea also said the ministry's main project is the National Program for Infrastructure Development, where the ministry manages a financing scheme worth EUR4 billion. The Development ministry plans to start this program early February.
The ministry has reached its target for last year within the Regional Operating Program it is managing and plans to contract the remainder of the EUR4.3 billion available in 2011, Udrea added. (Mediafax)
