"We're mainly looking for candidates for IT specialist positions, both for help-desk-type technical support and software development specialists. Depending on required specialisation, the number of applicants differs significantly. (...)," said Corina Kottlar, HR Manager with Stefanini TechTeam.
The average salary with Stefanini TechTeam depends on specialisation and calculations are made at the level of the professional group, not of the complete headcount.
Just like during previous years, the company will grant raises this year.
"Bonuses are awarded in direct relationship with employees' performance and can vary depending on measured criteria. On average, bonuses can range between around 500 and 800 lei per month," Kottlar also said.
