Colliers International, one of the biggest players on the real estate consultancy market, posted a 35% turnover increase in 2010, to around 3.9 million euros, returning to profit with a managing team whose average age does not exceed 30.
Recently, DTZ Echinox has also presented its financial results for 2010, which in turn reveal a 5% increase in revenues, to 2.8 million euros.
The biggest contributor to Colliers' 2010 was the retail department, run by Georgiana Andrei, 30, while the industrial and office segments recorded a lower volume of transactions.
The investment segment is supervised by New Zealander Blake Horsley (36), while the industrial department is led by Viorel Opaiţ (31), with the two also involved in the company's office department.
