"With a team of over 30 lawyers, you can cover about any case. There will be some cost synergies and should things combine well, we hope to go toward revenues of 3.5-4m euros," says Cătălin Grigorescu about the tie-up with Ştefănică. In the wake of the merger, the number of partners will rise from five to six, as Daniel Ştefănică joins the partnership structure.
