Oil Terminal Constanţa announces that it has contracted a loan of eight million lei from Raiffeisen Bank for the construction of a cistern for oil products which will have a volume of 10,000 cubic meters.
According to a press release sent to the Bucharest Stock Exchange, the loan will have to be paid back within six years.
The company, which specializes in services concerning the receiving, storage, conditioning and shipping of crude oil, fuel oil, and of other liquid raw materials for import, export and storage, is controlled by the Ministry of the Economy, which holds 59.62% of the shares.
