"A way must be found for us to stand out and remain competitive in terms of goods and foreign trade services. One of the challenges Romania and Central and Eastern Europe are facing is the capacity to tie up with the main players in economies such as Germany and Italy," said Codruţ Pascu in an interview with ZF.
Thus, Romania stands the chance of becoming a testing and development lab for products multinationals will then sell on Central and East European markets.
