At present, the document is under public debate, but the Economy Ministry officials could not say how long discussions will last.
The problem is just like in the case of the previous strategy, the current document does not point to any concrete moves to attract investments, does not specify the state's policy as regards mining field reorganisation, the privatisation or bourse listings policy, with the proposed measures being rather general ones.
