Dafora Mediaş, specializing in drilling of wells and construction, ended the first half of the year with a fall in turnover of 14.1% YOY, from 91.5 million lei to 78.5 million lei. However, the company"s profit fell 2.4 times, from 7 million lei to 2.9 million lei.
During the reviewed period, the company"s revenues fell 10.8%, from 108.64 million lei to 96.81 million lei, whereas expenses shrank 7.3%, from 101.2 million lei to 93.8 million lei.
The main shareholder is Gheorghe Călburean, who owns 48.58% of the shares of Dafora, while also holding the positions of general manager and president of the Board of Directors of the Company.
