- I can describe as follows the referendum situation: without any shadow of a doubt there is an overwhelming majority that says Traian Basescu should leave. There is a Parliament, a Government, perfectly legit, an interim president, and on the other side we have mister Basescu and all his means used to alter the will expressed by this referendum
