There are present firms from South Africa, Canada, Austria, Belgium, the Czech Republic, Chile, South Korea, Germany, Finland, Spain, Sweden, etc. 187 of all the 260 participants are Romanian firms. 119 of them want to sell or obtain shares for financing or re-modernization and enlargements, 12 of them are offering capital and 55 provide business services. There are also offered over 750 concrete investment projects, 174 of them being elaborated by the State Property Fund (FPS), 12 by the Minister of Public Works and Territorial Management and 6 by the Ministry of Tourism. At the market there are also presented offers of portfolio investments in over 3,600 commercial societies already existent on the extra-exchange markets. Most of the investment projects are in building (117), the tools and machines industry (116), agriculture (72), infrastructure (71), the food industry (64) and services (61).
