Looking ahead to a season which fills the city with tourist, the green oases do not seem prepared to welcome visitors
The hot weather in the past days has dragged Constanţa inhabitants out of their homes. Yesterday, the parks of Constanţa were full of children running here and there under their parents' protective watch, of retired people and of young people in search for a breath of fresh air.
Constanţa's parks are not so numerous and in spite of all talk about green areas being in the process of becoming extinguished (for the example the park in Casa de Cultură halved by the construction of a church), green oases are still standing out.
On the mayor's personal blog, one of Constanţa citizens brings to Mazăre's attention that Tăbăcăriei Park is filled with garbage. And this is how Mazăre's blog becomes useful. He is not so fond of receiving audiences, but he may find out everything about the city in the posts on his blog.
The message posted by this Constanţa inhabitant on 21st of April is not far from the truth. It's true that the alleys are not any more surrounded by mountains of garbage, nevertheless you may still notice a plastic bottle, a wrap or a pack of cigarettes randomly thrown away. The visitors' bad behaviour is also responsible for this, still there are no measure taken to prevent them from spreading waste across the park.

For those not knowing or having forgotten, we recall that the company is presently owned by Sanda Ciocoiu, but was started in 1994 by Radu Mazăre, Gabriel Sorin Strutinski, Mihail Cârciog and Nicuşor Daniel Constantinescu.
We should mention that on the right, Ţara
