Constanta's Court of Law decided yesterday, after six hours of hearings and another our of debates, the preventive detention for a period of 29 days, of 11 junior officers from the Police Service Road Constanta. The accusations are for taking bribe, traffic of influence, abuse in service, the usage of information which are not given to publicity and intellectual false.
Beside them, there were arrested 3 civilians, who played the role of "intermediaries". One of the sums of money which it is supposed to have demanded one of the junior officers is of 150 Ron. The names of the cops who, say the prosecutors, sold themselves to the offenders are: Gigi Cristian Ruşescu, Daniel Andrei Mircea, Elvin Cadîr, Dumitru Iulian Maxim, Enis Vuap, Andrei Bogdan Călugăru, Cosmin Cristian, Paul Mihai Ciolpan, Marius Ivan and Cristina Gherlan. The civilians arrested along with these are: Gigel Budur, Alin Bogdan Drughe and George Guliu.

After marathon hearings at the Prosecutor's Office near the Court of Law in Constanta, the 14 suspects were brought in court, in the night from Thursday to Friday at around 2 o'clock being presented to the judges with the proposal of preventive detention. The session started at 2:30 in the council room. After a few hours of hearings in which the suspects stand up in the arrested box, the court demanded water and benches for the indicted. In all this time, their families waited on the halls of the court. Six hours later, at 8.30 in the morning, the full court has withdrawn for deliberations.
