Democrat-Liberal (PD-L) candidate Vasile Blaga will face independent Sorin Oprescu in a second round of elections for Bucharest mayor after they received 33% and 30% respectively in local elections on Sunday, June 1, according to an exit-poll by pollster CCSB for Antena 3 news television.
UPDATE: According to another exit-poll, by INSOMAR, the results of which were announced by Realitatea TV news station, Blaga received 31.5%, while Oprescu received 30.5%
The CCSB exit-poll results For Bucharest mayor: Vasile Blaga (PD-L) - 33%, Sorin Oprescu (independent) – 30%, Cristian Diaconescu (Social Democrats - PSD) – 11%, Ludovic Orban (governing Liberals - PNL) – 13%.
For Bucharest district mayors:

The results means that the New Generation Party led by businessman Gigi Becali would get access to the Bucharest City Council.
