Billionaire Dinu Patriciu, one of the richest Romanian business people, has brought his real estate operations under one single brand - DinuPatriciuGlobalServices - which will manage the portfolio of properties held in Romania, Germany, and other European countries, put at 1.3 billion euros.
Patriciu controlled investment fund Black Sea Global Properties (BSGP) and Quintet Asset Management, which will be brought under one brand. Patriciu bought investment funds Fabian, Deutsche Land, and Rutley via BSGP in successive transactions, put at over 150 million euros, while Quintet was the consulting and asset management company, managed until March this year by British-born Michael Lloyd.
