"There is a complete, software, hardware and maintenance, solution as well as specialised technical assistance for the opening of stores part of Mic. ro network. As regards the software component, it is based on modules intended for procurement, inventory, logistics, sales and retail," stated Daniel Mateescu, Charisma manager with TotalSoft, without disclosing any details about the value of the contract.
In the first nine months of the year, the company generated 16.7m-euro turnover, up 15% from a year ago. TotalSoft expects 22m-euro turnover for this year, from 19.6m euros in 2009.
Mic.ro plans target 1,000 kiosk and 2,000 shops-on-wheels in the coming years, representing an annual sales average of 300,000-400,000 euros per store, according to ZF estimates.
