The referees who went to the didactic courses from Antalya paid to FRF some huge amounts of money without invoice or receipt
Between 15 and 22 February, the referees from Romania will participate to a training in Antalya, as it happened in the last two years. The organization of the training camp created a big scandal among the referees from divisions "B" and "C". Why?: On the first place, for what happened last year.
In 2008: tenth thousands euro without receipts
"Last year, the referees from lot A were announced that they will go for free, and we, the referees from B and C, have to pay 650 euro for each one! We paid, although the amount was exaggerated, but we paid as if we were in the marketplace, we didn’t receive any receipt or invoices". This way started the revelation of one of the "centrals" from "B". The information had been revealed then in the newspaper Ziua. Then, the administration from CCA and FRF s-made good their retreat. "They reimbursed us 200 euro for each one, in Turkey, I think. But they reimbursed the money just like we gave them, without receipt". Besides, the referees from division "A" had to pay also over 100 euro for each one in order to compensate the surprise-discount made by their colleagues!
45.000 euro was the amount raised by FRF last year in the first part from the referees, but the money were not covered by invoices or fiscal receipts

Because the business was contested last year, Costică "Vîlcea" refused in the first place to organise another training this year.
